Was für eine Telefonnummer?
Meine Festnetz Nummer oder AT&T Handynummer?
Ich habe keine AT&T Sim Karte..

die von AT&T ... weil frei konnte man ein AT&T gelocktes noch nie kaufen, somit bräuchtest du die Daten des Vertragsinhabers welcher, das Phone damals von AT&T bekommen hat...

Mein iPhone hab ich von einem hier aus der Nähe abgekauft, er sagte es ist im Mai 2011 in New York am Time Square in so einem kleinen Shop ohne Vertrag gekauft worden.
Alles was dabei war, war das Handy, Akku-Kabel und Sim Nadel.
Er meint er hat die Quittung nicht mehr aber um zu beweisen dass es noch Garantie hat, muss ich meine IMEI in der Apple Seite eingeben und ja es hat noch Garantie, einpaar Tage aber noch.
Die Sim Karte hatte er auch nicht mehr..

Was wäre denn jetzt der letzte Lösungsvorschlag?

Ich war auch nie AT&T Kunde. Aber ich habe die Original-Rechnung vom App-Store in Palm Beach. Ich musste 2x via Skype telefonieren, wobei ich beim 2. Anruf so getan habe, als rufe ich das erste mal an. Ich war scheiße-freundlich am Telefon und hab natürlich gesagt, ich würde sofort eine AT&T Karte nehmen, wenn ich das nächste mal in den Staaten bin, bla, bla, bla.

Aber letzte Woche dacht ich schon, das wird nichts mehr. Um so glücklicher bin ich seit heute :-)

ach, noch zu erwähnen: ´ne AT&T Karte hatte ich (beim 2. Anruf) natürlich im iPhone. Irgendwann mal in der Bucht geschossen für nen Euro, falls Hackt..vation mal nicht funktionieren sollte. Nummer dieser Karte ist mir unbekannt, und so hab ich das auch der Tante von AT&T erzählt. Ich bekäme hier in D ja kein Netz und so könnt ich als einfacher Handynutzer auch keine Telefonnummer raus bekommen. So viel Mist ist mir noch nie spontan eingefallen wie bei diesem Telefonat. Die dacht bestimmt: Dem Vollpfosten muss man helfen! :-)

Ich habe ne Rechnung, at&t karte, aber trotzdem wurde mein "case" nach 3 Wochen warten einfach von at&t geschlossen....na super. Meins wurde im Nov 11 in New York gekauft (yes sir, it's absolutely simlockfree..)

Ein Freund von mir hat noch ein 3GS auf AT&T gelockt. Kann er AT&T eine e-mail schicken wo er IMEI und Tel.-Nr. angibt oder muss er zwingend einen AT&T Account haben? Ist es besser anzurufen oder mail zu schicken?

Leute, es geht nur über Anruf (z.Bsp.: Skype) wenn Ihr kein AT&T Kunde seid. Nicht über Mail. Da gibt´s ne Absage. Definitiv.

@bigalboz: Du musst in iTunes auf "Wiederherstellen". Ob das mit ner CF funktioniert, weiß ich nicht. In jedem Falle wird beim Wiederherstellen der Apple-Server kontaktiert und festgestellt, ob SIMLOCK oder nicht.
Ich hatte mich dazu entschlossen (nachdem mein Telefon aus hier nicht zu erläuternden Gründen) gesperrt wurde, die neueste FW unmodifiziert aufzuspielen. Da wird einem ganz schön flau im Magen, aber da ich eh schon nen Briefbeschwerer hatte, könnt´s nicht schlimmer werden ....

Kann ich mein iPhone 4 5.1 04.12.01 ohne eine Originale SIM Karte ganz normal activieren ohne jailbreak danke

Hi ich hab schonmal per skype angerufen aber ich hab dann auch 5 min später auf meine mail an denen eine antwort bekommen, und hatte so 2 Case IDs.

Soll ich jetzt nochmal anrufen und so tun als sei es das erste mal?

Naja ich warte erstmal, habe nochmal per email geantwortet und gefragt ob es keine andere Möglichkeit gibt.

Würde es denn gehen, wenn ich eine at&t Simkarte in mein iPhone einlege?
Meinen die das mit Mobile number?

Weil der e-Mail Support nur für AT&T Kunden vorgesehen ist mit einer gültigen AT&T Telefonnummer. Die hast Du aber nicht, also bekommst Du via e-Mail eine Absage mit dem Inhalt, dass Dein Fall nicht bearbeitet werden kann.

Ich gehe davon aus, dass AT&T in den kommenden Wochen eine ähnliche Online-Variante wie die Telekom zur Verfügung stellen wird. Einfach, weil die Kapazitäten der Customer-Care-Zentralen auch nur begrenzt sind .....

Ich hab die Telefonnummer bei AT&T angegeben die auch auf der Originalrechnung steht... Trotzdem kam die mail zurück, dass es nicht möglich ist zu unlocken..ich könnt kotzen... :helpsmilie:

Morgen ruf ich noch einmal bei AT&T an und wiederhole die ganze Prozedur.
Wenns wieder nicht geht, verkauf ich das Ding bei eBay ..
