If you're running a jailbroken iPhone, this could become useful. TimeCapsule (no, not that Time Capsule)
functions as a full backup application, sending full copies of addresses, calendars, bookmarks and Installer.app sources back to your Mac.
Granted, it's not completely free and features a few nag screens, but for $15, you can't go wrong.
