A cool little iPhone game has been floating around for a little while now, and it's beginning to pick up popularity.
It's called Kingdom Lores, and it's a 3D fantasy adventure game for the iPhone and iPod touch. So far,
this is one of the best uses of 3D graphics in an iPhone game we've seen released so far.
It's being developed by Marco Giorgini using a custom OpenGL rendering engine via the Win toolchain.
Unfortunately this means that it (or this version, at least) won't end up in the App Store come June.
You can check out a flash video giving a good idea of what gameplay is like here.
For the most part, it's your standard fantasy hero game, with killing monsters and collecting stuff, etc.
You can download the game from the developer's website, MarcoGiorgini.com. Or here.
Unzip the folder, and place the inclosed folder under /Applications on the iPhone.
(don’t forget to change permissions to 777!), while the other one must go in /private/var/mobile/Media/.
Respring and the game should appear on your springboard.
Meanwhile, check out the video below.
