Hallo,
Ich hab ne Frage für ne Freundin.

Ein bekannter kann ihr ein iPad 2 aus Amerika mitbringen. Sie will eins mit 64 GB und 3G.

Habe auf Apple.com gesehen, dass es ein AT&T und ein Verizon gibt. Betreiben will sie es hier in Deutschland vermutlich mit T-mobile Zweitkarte, da ihr iPhone schon drüber läuft. Funktioniert das überhaupt oder haben die nen Netlock?

Kann man das iPad dann auch auf deutsch betreiben? Sie geht da ziemlich blauäugig ran.

Und die letzte Frage. Ihr Bekannter sagt, dass dieses iPad umgerechnet 400€ kosten würde, was ich aber irgendwie nicht Glauben kann. Bei Apple kosten diese 829$. Das sind ca. 645€.

Der Stromstecker ist anders, im Ebay gibt es aber Adapter. Ansonsten darf sie nicht die Verizon Variante nehmen weil dort keine Simkarte eingelegt werden kann.

Meins ist auch aus den USA und läuft schön auf deutsch Ipads sind nicht gelockt.
Da ich zwei Original-Iphone Ladegeräte habe, habe ich nur den Steckerteil am Ipad-Ladegerät ausgetauscht.
Aber wie sylver schon schrieb: Unbedingt darauf achten, dass es kein Verizon- Gerät ist, dann kann man es nur über Wifi oder Tethering nutzen.
Der Preis kann aber nicht passen für ein 64GB 3G mit Simkarten-Einschub.

Die sind gelockt auf AT&T und gibt noch kein Jailbreak dafür.
Dann muss Zoll bezahlt werden und nicht zu vergessen dass iPhone und iPad vergünstigt nur mit Vertrag verkauft werden und ohne Ami Wohnsitz kein Vertrag.

Kommt auf den angegeben Preis nicht noch die US Tax drauf je nach dem in welchem Staat man es kauft. Dann noch Zoll und man Kann es wahrscheinlich bei uns in D kaufen.
Auf jeden Fall kein Verizon und kein Vertragsgerät kaufen. ( Version benötigt keine SIM und Vertragsgeräte könnten Sim / Net Lock haben )

US Tax + deutscher Zoll falls die Freigrenze von € 430.- überschritten wird und zwar auf den GANZEN Betrag + Einfuhrumsatzsteuer 19% auf den ganzen Betrag....

Bei dem jetzigen Kurs sparst du wahrscheinlich ca 40€ oder noch weniger (gilt fürs 64gb 3G +WIFI)

Ich denke auch, dass man wirklich nichts spart oder kaum was, wenn man es ehrlich einführt.

hey,
ich würde jederzeit ein US-Ipad der EU-Variante vorziehen ... egal wie hoch die Ersparnis ist, denn das GErät kommt dann ohne Lautstärkebeschränkung daher (also 100db statt 83db), dann kann man sogar einen Hifi-Kopfhörer anschließen und der hat dann noch genügend Dampf.

Aber es gibt doch auch Methoden die Lautstärkebeschränkung beim Eu-Ipad zu entfernen oder?

So weit ich weiss nur bei einem Jailbreak
Gut, zu deiner Ersparnis... du musst ja dann noch einen 230V Stromstecker kaufen.. also schmilzt das immer mehr.. Und so weit ich weiss kann ein guter Hifi-KH auch mehr als die 83dB. Meine Sennheisser können am iPhone 4 jedenfalls mehr.

Sound level limits for personal music players and mobile phones




Brussels, Belgium, 2011-02-09





CENELEC Technical Committee 108X on ‘Safety of electronic equipment within the fields of Audio/video, Information Technology and Communication Technology’ was tasked to take the execution of the mandate on board. The work was performed by a dedicated working group with representatives and experts from market surveillance authorities, consumer interest organisations, research institutes, certification bodies and manufacturers.


The exercise resulted in the issuing of 2 amendments to already existing standards for ‘Safety of audio, video and similar electronic apparatus’ (EN 60065:2002) and Safety of information technology equipment (EN 60950-1:2006), which passed a formal vote by the National Standardisation Committees at the end of 2010.


The approach adopted in the standard is based on a sound level limit of 85 dBA. This is a sound level that is considered to be safe under all reasonable foreseeable conditions of use. There is the possibility however for the user to choose to override the limit so that the sound level can be increased up to a maximum of 100 dBA. In this case the user has to be provided with warnings about the risks which are repeated following each 20 hours of listening time.


After publication of the amendments in early 2011, a transition period of 24 months will follow, during which the standard will be implemented at national level by the publication of national standards. By the end of the transition period, industry should have started to apply the standard to their products.


In the meantime, the working group is expected to continue with the next step of the mandated work, which is the development of "smart" methods of providing protection against excessive sound pressure levels from personal music players based on the measurement of sound dose.
