if it fits the slot of the android (maybe you will have to use an adapter)... sure.

It depends from the kind of Android Phone.
If you have an MicroSIM you must buy an adapter to put it into an Android Phone which can only read and rewrite normal SIM-Cards.

-iPhone 4 => Android Phone with MicroSIM => YES
-iPhone 4S => Android Phone with MicroSIM => YES
-All other iPhones => Android Phone with MicroSIM => YES, but only with MicroSIM adapter
-All other iPhones => Android Phone with SIM => YES

All iPhones without the 4(S) => Android Phone with normal SIM => YES
iPhone 4(S) => Android Phone with MicroSIM => YES
iPhone 4(S) => Android Phone with normal SIM => YES, but only with MicroSIM adapter
