Also wenn ich das iphone rausziehe und wieder reinstecke kommt:

iTunes hat ein iphone im wartungszustand erkannt. sie müssen dieses iphone wiederherstellen, bevor es mit iTunes verwendet werden kann.

und das kommt immer wieder wenn ich es herstelle.

Wartngszustand ist noch tiefer als der DFU Mode. Mach hier ne Wiederherstellung mit Shift. Wichtig ist halt, dass Du die richtige FW auswählst, denn viele nehmen die falsche und wundern sich über Fehlermeldungen.

Nachtrag:
160x Fehlermeldungen haben nix mit der hosts Datei zu tun, das war 3194. Die 160x kommen meines Wissens nach nicht signierten oder falschen FWs, kann mich aber auch irren.

Habe das Iphone nun wieder zum laufen gebracht aber der Homebutton geht trotzdem nicht.

Was kann ich noch tun? Welches teil müsste man z.b. austauschen damit es wieder funktionieren könnte?
Am button direkt liegt es nicht da er an einem anderen handy funktioniert.
Vielleicht ist es der kontakt oder so?

Aha. Ja, wenn du einen Jailbreak drauf hast, kannst du im Activator(Einfach in Spotlight nach "Activator" suchen) einstellen, dass z.B. eine Geste die Funktion des Homebuttons ersetzt.

1. Geh im Activator auf den Punkt "Überall".
2. Wähle eine gewünschte Geste aus
3. Scroll nach unten bis zu "System Aktionen"
4. Wähle "Homebutton simulieren" aus.

Ab da ist diese Geste wie ein Homebutton.
