Hallo zusammen,

ich habe ein iPhone, welches im Wartungszustand ist und wiederhergestellt werden muss.
Leider bricht mir das Gerät immer mit folgender Meldung ab:

Das iPhone "iPhone" konnte nicht wiederhergestellt werden. Ein unbekannter Fehler ist aufgetreten (1).

Ich habe den Restore schon wie folgt versucht:
- iPhone im DFU Modus
- iPhone ohne DFU Modus
- IPSW manuell ausgewählt: http://www.ipswdownloader.com/download-i...-files.php
- FixRecovery ausgeführt

IMMER die gleiche Meldung.
Die Meldung kommt nachdem die Software vollständig installiert und überprüft wurde. Anschließend versucht iTunes die Firmware wiederherzustellen, bei diesem Punkt bricht er dann ab.

Hat jemand noch weitere Ratschläge?
Könnte ein Hardwaredefekt vorliegen? Wenn ja, welches Bauteil?

- Computer neu starten
- Anderen USB-Port nutzen

Ja, die genannten Schritte habe ich ( leider ) auch schon versucht:
- anderes Kabel
- anderer Port
- PC-Neustart durchgeführt

Ich muss noch dazusagen, dass das iPhone aus eBay ist, der Verkäufer mir aber versichert hat, dass kein Hardwareproblem vorliegt. (Was ich aber jetzt nicht unbedingt ausschließen möchte.)

Hast vielleicht einen 2. PC in der Nähe ?

Dann dort einmal probieren, manchmal ist es echt nicht zu verstehen.....


Kannst den Verkäufer natürliche schonmal schreiben und fragen, ob das Phone ne Macke hat ?!?

Ja, das iPhone wurde im Wartungszustand gekauft. In der Auktion war vermerkt, dass der Verkäufer das nicht mehr aus diesem Zustand heraus bringt. Aber auf Nachfrage wurde mir aber bestätigt, dass die Hardware in Takt ist.
Ich bin davon ausgegangen, dass es eine Kleinigkeit sein wird das Handy aus diesem Modus zu holen...
Anderer PC werde ich noch versuchen, das ist aber erst heute Abend möglich.

Ich würde auch gerne erst alle Möglichkeiten ausschöpfen, bevor ich den Verkäufer für einen Rückversand kontaktiere. Bzw. muss erst klar sein, dass es sich um einen HW-Defekt handelt. Daher auch an Erfahrene die Frage: Welche Hardwarekomponente könnte betroffen sein, wenn sich die Firmware nicht aufspielen lässt?

Ich glaube nicht an einen solchen Defekt. Wüsste auch nicht woran es liegen kann.
Was hast denn dafür bezahlt ?

Wie leichtgläubig manche heute noch bei solchen Fehlerbeschreibungen sind.
Meinst Du nicht das der Vorbesitzer auch schon alles versucht hat das Ding wieder flott zu kriegen?
Ich vermute, Du hast ein defektes iPhone ersteigert und hast nun ....... ein defektes iPhone.
Wahrscheinlich ist der Umtausch bei Apple gegen ein generalüberholtes die sinnvollste Lösung.
Oder eben zurück geben (wenn sich der Vorbesitzer darauf einlässt).

Kosten für das iPhone: 130€
Rücksenden an Apple ist aufgrund der hohen Kosten keine Option.

Würde mir auch niemals etwas nicht funktionierendes kaufen. Aber wahrscheinlich war es so günstig, dass du es unbedingt probieren wolltest ?

Mit 130€ nicht wirklich. Tut mir ja echt leid, aber hak es als Lehrgeld ab.
